Jay Wu, owner of Fujin Tree in Taiwan, was transformed in terms of F-ABRIC from being a skeptic to an avid F-ABRIC fan. In this interview he tells his story.

Men and Style?
I believe that every men should have several excellent accessories. I would recommend well-designed glasses, mufflers, watches, etc. Stylish hats are my characteristic accessories. I have more than dozen to adapt different occasions.

Other favourite personal items?
An IWC watch – It's the very first watch I bought and it reminds me to keep working hard and remember where I came from. And a unique FREITAG bag. Several years ago I bumped into FREITAG in Japan and they match my attitude of caring for the environment. That is why I had to introduce FREITAG in Taiwan.

Why F-ABRIC?
Jeannine (Expansion Manager at FREITAG) told me that FREITAG ist going to have a revolutionary fabric. I had no idea. She brought a sample, and I thought the material was very good. Eco friendly! I worried about the sizing, but I found out it fits perfectly. It changed my point of view that the european sizing could not fit the asian sizes. But F-ABRIC adapts, it’s great!

Why are you customers buying F-ABRIC?
I only recommend things I like. I love it – so they love it too. Simple.

What else would you like to see from F-ABRIC?
Different variations in terms of colors, different cuts of Denim like straight, skinny. More material variations with a recycled story. And more comfortable, more fashionable – so they fit different target groups.

Do you iron yourself?
It used to be 90% myself, and 10% somebody else. It depends, but now I would say it's 70% somebody else, and 30% myself.

I like jazz. We also play bossa nova and we play pop music.
